4 units of bins are provided with the plant. Drive gear box contains heavy duty worm gear. Gathering conveyor belt is provided with 600 mm width. DM-45 asphalt drum mix plant is union of different units. It contains cold aggregate bin feeder unit, slinger conveyor, drying and mixing unit, dryer burner unit, asphalt tank unit-“U” shape, L.D.O. tank and discharge system.

Feeder drums are provided with calibrated gate opening. DM-45 asphalt drum mix plant is provided with dryer drums. Dryer drums are used to dry up the aggregate up to proper moisture content. Drums are supported by steel rollers. Dryer unit contains thrust wheels and trunion wheels.

Asphalt storage tanks contain self-governing burners and perfect insulation of glass wool. The plant is equipped with electronic control panel to control intact operations perfectly.
