DM – 100 Asphalt Drum Mix Plant

Dm-100 asphalt drum mix plant is the biggest plant of the series. Plants with more capacity can be made customized as per requirement. DM -100 asphalt drum mix plant is available with a capacity of 120-150 TPH. It is available with 4 units of bin feeder with 550 mm belt width and 4 x 3 hoppers.

It is provided with heavy duty worm gear drive gear box and 600 mm gathering conveyor width. Complete plant implement great harmonization of assorted machineries includes cold aggregate bin feeders, slinger conveyor, “u”-shaped asphalt tank, L.D.O. tank and discharge system. In order to make the entire procedure highly economic, there is a highly accurate system for heat transfer.
